How to make a Plantronics H series headset work with UA45 or UA50 and cisco phones?
To use a Plantronics headset with the UA45 or you UA50 you need the following items:
- A Plantronics H or HW series headset
- A UA 45 or UA50 amp
- A Plantronics M 22 (U10) cable
- If using an Intellicord the settings must be on "2"
- Plug the UA45/50 into the headset port of the Cisco phone
Set the compatibility settings for the U45/50 to "4".
