You have up to 30 days to return an item. There is a 10% restock fee for all returns. We encourage you to contact our customer service (703-766-6363) prior to returning an item so that you can get an RMA. They can also assist you if you are having difficulties getting an item to work. In many instances a minor adjustment to your settings will fix the issue if you are having trouble enabling the headset.
